Cavaliere purchase conditions

1. General conditions
Cavaliere applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To complete an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years of age, or have a guardian's consent. Customer refers to a natural person.

2. Order
Cavaliere's products can be ordered via www.cavaliere.se. Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation via email. With all terms of condition.

Orders are binding on Cavaliere's side only after order confirmation has been received by the customer.

Cavaliere reserves the right to refuse a customer purchase. All orders are considered binding. If you have placed an order by mistake, you must therefore contact us immediately.

Should an item not be in stock, we will contact you and note the remaining stock. When we receive the backlisted item, we will send it to you. If you do not want the backlisted item, you can always contact Cavaliere and cancel it.

3. Prices
All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and stated in Swedish kronor. Cavaliere reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes beyond our control. Fee for shipping and possibly cash on delivery fee or invoice fee is added.

4. Payment
Invoice
You can also choose to shop against invoice. Shop today and pay within 14 days.

We ask you to state Invoice no. upon payment. If payment is delayed/failed, you will be charged a late payment interest of 9%.

Card payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. The card payment takes place via an encrypted connection to Dib's payment gateway.

5. Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-2 working days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer. Cavaliere cannot be held responsible for delivering sold out or expired product. The shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart.

6. Delivery delay
If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays.

Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Cavaliere reserves the right to disclaim compensation to the customer in such situations or in the event of delivery delays.

Important! In rare cases, the post office neglects letters and packages. We do not replace these.

7. The shipping
Free shipping and free returns when exchanging products. In case of return only, a return fee of SEK 80 is payable.

8. Warranty
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with a product, contact us.

Normally, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service workshop. The receipt for the goods paid for is valid as a warranty card. Therefore, always save the receipt during the warranty period!

9. Open Purchase / Right of Withdrawal
Cavaliere applies the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you as a customer are entitled to a 30-day right of return, without any particular reason. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging.

Please contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the item back, your money will be refunded.

During Christmas shopping, the right of return applies until January 10.

10. Complaint
Cavaliere applies the Consumer Goods Act in the event of complaints. We hereby undertake to replace incorrect or broken products at no extra cost. Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, make a complaint to Posten directly at the delivery point and ask them to send the package back to Cavaliere and write the reason for the return on the package. Then email info@cavaliere.se to inform about the complaint.

11. Unredeemed Packages
If for some reason you do not redeem your package, you must pay the costs of shipping and any cash on delivery fee.

Keep in mind that the stay at Posten has been shortened to 14 days! Unredeemed packages are charged a fee, currently SEK 95. The fee is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, the claims are unconditionally forwarded to the debt collection service. No exceptions are made.

12. Security
We will under no circumstances disclose any personal data without the consent of the person in question. The same also applies to email addresses.

13. Reservation
Cavaliere reserves itself against inaccuracies in the content and price list on the website.

If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can set your browser so that it automatically refuses cookies or so that it informs you if a web page uses cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will not be able to shop, as the shopping cart and login require cookies to function. However, you can look around the store without having cookies activated.

15. GDPR - How do we handle your personal data?
In order to be able to offer you our products and services, we need to process your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more data than necessary and never sell data to third parties.
